This is the perfect vacation or weekend getaway home, located on a quiet cove just off Yellow Creek near Aqua Yacht Harbor.  With lots of windows, this home is very open and sunny with views of the lake from every room. The home also boasts a large Deck overlooking the water with Gas Grill, perfect for entertaining or just sunbathing.  In addition, there is a fully Screened Porch on the lower level complete with ceiling fans. The private Boat Dock, just steps away, can be easily accessed by foot or by car! 

Entry level has a fully equipped kitchen with 4 barstools, dining area with table and 6 chairs, ½ bath off entry, living room and family room separated by a two-sided wood burning fireplace complete with TV/DVD/VCR, and a Master bedroom with a King-size bed, full bath, walk-in closet, and TV.

Lower level has a newly painted bedroom, which contains a King-size bed and a Full-size Futon, TV, plus its own full-bath.  Across the hall is the third bedroom which contains an oversize Bunk Bed, TV, plus its own full-bath.  The bunk bed contains 2 Twin beds and a Full-size bed.

There is also a Loft, which contains 2 Twin beds and a sitting area complete with TV/DVD player.  This area is also ideal for video game play.  A Sega game system and some games are provided.  You may hook up your own game system if you like!

Updates for 2007 -–  4 new ceiling fans for quiet comfort, window treatments in the family room which can be closed for privacy, several trees removed to increase lake view, new light fixture in the entry hall, and new extra-large capacity clothes dryer!
