Beachhouse does not rent separately. Beach house has a queen sized bed on entry level, small kitchen, & dining area, 1 bathroom, lower level has queen sized bed, bunkbeds and a daybed with trundle. Sleeps 8. TV/VRC/DVD, Sofa Sleeper, another sofa, & a recliner.

Holiday week-ends are 550/night, 3 night minimums with full payment due at time of reservation.
