Waterview
Villa 13 has the best view of the three, and is furtherest from the pool, etc.
It's features incudes a kig size bed in master, queen in second, and twins in 3rd. A sofa sleeper in
the greatrooms adds additional sleeping.
As with all the Villas it offers access to swimming
pool, exercise room, tennis courts. Boat slips are available in the harbor for overnight docking.
Cafe St
Clairs offers fine dining at the waters edge, open seasonally, and boat rentals are available.

250/night- 2 night minimum,
Holidays are 3 night minimum
9% sales tax, $50/cleaning fee, 3 % admin fee
