Water’s Edge is located on
a quiet cove just off Yellow Creek near Aqua Yacht Harbor - close to restaurants, marinas, and shopping. This
house is very open with lots of windows and a private dock which can be accessed by foot or by car!
Entry level features large kitchen with 4 barstools, dining table with 6 chairs, ½
bath, living room, and family room separated by a two-sided wood burning fireplace, Master Bedroom (king-size bed), Master
Bathroom, and a large deck.
Lower level
features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, laundry room, and screened porch. Green bedroom contains a king-size
bed and full-size futon. Tan bedroom contains a full-size bed plus a twin-size bed underneath.
There is also a loft which contains 2 twin beds and
a sitting area with TV. Ideal spot for video game play.
