Located adjacent to Aqua Yacht Harbor, overlooking Pickwick Lake, these lovely 1600 sq. ft. Villas have 3 bedroom, 2 baths, and large decks.
We currently offer 3 units for rent Villa # 7, #11 and Villa # 13.

Villa # 7 has a king sized bed in master suite, queen in the 2nd bedroom, and full in the 3rd bedroom.

Villa # 13 has a king in the master, queen in the 2nd, and twin beds in the 3rd bedroom.

The Villas are all on entry level making them easily accessible. The greatroom, dining, and kitchen are all open and have the lake view. A large deck spans the back of the Villa, equipped with gas grill and lots of patio furniture.

The master suite also shares the view from the deck.
Boat rentals and slips are available through the Harbor. Amenities include pool, tennis courts, exercise room and playground.

Rates Per Night : $250 / 2 night minimum --- Weekly : 7th night free
$ 50.00 cleaning fee 3 % admin fee
No smoking in any unit and No Pets, in Units 7, 11 & 13
Pets additional $25/night in Unit # 7
