Waterfront homes are properties that sit directly on the lake. However, access to the water varies with each waterfront
home. A waterfront home with a stunning vi ew may have a stairwell and/or tram down to the water. A home with a fairly level lot may have easier access to
the water but no view. With waterfront homes you will also want to consider the type dock or boathouse to
meet your needs. Every setting has it's own unique advantages.
 Offwater homes offer a variety of settings. These homes differ in size and location. Many of these homes offer
the same, or more, interior amenities as more expensive homes. Some of the offwater rentals are grouped together for multiple
families or non-family groups who wish to spend time together.

With Waterview homes the  property does not touch the water, but you can see the lake from the home. Some homes have a short drive to the water,
other waterview homes are within walking distance of a marina. Some waterview homes offer a pool, tennis or nearby marina
restaurant.
 Pickwick Pines is located less than two miles from Pickwick Lake. This upscale resort community offers pools, tennis courts
and Lodge.
